About IMT²
We design practical software, automation and digital systems for the people and organizations delivering healthcare.
Why we exist
Healthcare organizations often work around fragmented records, repetitive communication and software that does not reflect local operations. Patients experience the consequences through confusing steps, delayed information and uncertain service journeys.
IMT² exists to understand those workflows and improve them carefully—without pretending that technology alone can repair healthcare.
The name
IMT² grew from “I-Mu'alij TibTech.” Mu'alij means doctor or healer, while Tib refers to medicine. Our public promise is practical: apply intelligence and technology to healthcare work while keeping people, evidence and responsibility in control.
Our operating principles
We study the workflow, intended users and operational constraints before recommending technology.
Live work, active development and early research are described separately.
AI may support a workflow; it does not replace qualified judgment or organizational accountability.
We publish outcomes, endorsements and validation only when they can be documented.
Relationship to care delivery
IMT² is separate from Mu'alij Medical Center and Shaukat Clinical Laboratory. These organizations may serve as customers, portfolio collaborators or testing environments, but they are not the same business and do not automatically endorse every IMT² product.
This proximity can support observation and user review. It is not presented as medical approval or clinical validation.
